SARZEAU

    Galerie d'art

Nestled amidst the greenery just outside Sarzeau's town center, La Pépiterre is a vibrant association that welcomes you to its unique space. Discover a multifaceted hub brimming with initiatives:

    Explore and Enjoy:
Freely wander through the association's garden (accessible during shop hours) and savor a refreshing beverage.
Delve into the artisanal boutique, where you'll find an array of creations from around twenty local artisans and producers.
Engage in a knowledge-sharing workshop for both children and adults.
    Witness Special Events:
With a bit of luck, you might catch an agricultural event (spring festival, apple pressing), a cultural performance, the Christmas market, or the potters' market (co-organized with Argile Bretagne).
    The Pépiterre Mission:
The Pépiterre association aims to facilitate the establishment of project leaders seeking to develop environmentally friendly professional activities in the agricultural and artisanal sectors on the Rhuys Peninsula.
    Success Stories:
Since its inception in 2017, around twenty professionals have passed through La Pépiterre and are now established on the peninsula or in the Vannes region.
    Current Residents:
Today, a dozen or so professionals are based at the site to test and/or develop their activities. They cultivate, raise, create, and transmit their knowledge and expertise.
    Collective Efforts:
Accompanied by a joyful team of volunteers, these professionals also bring this unique place to life! Collective workdays are organized every last Saturday of the month from 10 am to 5 pm throughout the year. These sessions contribute to event preparation and the maintenance of the several-hectare site, encompassing both the public-access zone and the area reserved for professionals. Join in!
    Year-Round Activities:
    Workshops and Courses:
Passionate professionals share their knowledge through workshops and courses throughout the year. Discover and refine techniques like weaving, paper crafts, plant care, and more.
    Introductory Workshops:
Offered during each school vacation period (all zones included), these workshops provide opportunities to explore pottery, cyanotype, engraving, weaving, plants, dyeing, writing, and more.

Enjoy a gratiferia, spring festival, Christmas market, children's shows, theater, and illustrated talks.
